This experiential group is a sacred journey into the full spectrum of your being. It is a group of sincere men trying to live more wholeheartedly; moving from our heads into our hearts, guts & groins. We welcome all the extremes, from mischievous play to fierce intensity, deep pain to loving humor, tender sensitivity to confident swagger. Within this fullness, we explore a freer, more authentic version of ourselves.

Together we will do the inner work necessary to heal the self. In this time of social and environmental crisis, we acknowledge that we must do this work in order to become empowered to help the world.
